I am writing on behalf of the Hastings Free Methodist Church to thank the Barden Company, and Ted Peters, for helping us in the construction of our new 15,000 square foot church building. We were working with an architect and the price was too high for us to complete the project. We had almost lost hope of being able to relocate on our new property, when we decided to contact Barden Builders, from a brochure we had received in the mail. They came to us and showed us a cheaper, more efficient way of building, so we could almost double our usable space for the same cost. Without having to incur more architect costs, they worked with us to design a building we were able to construct. We are very happy with our new building; it has been a great ministry tool; and we have seen good growth over the past five months since we moved in to our new facility.
Ted Peters was our Construction Consultant and was a great help as a contact person with Barden, and as a construction design assistant to our local contractors.
The Barden company was very efficient with making their deadlines, the quality of their materials was good, and we were pleased with the result.
We are planning to add a family life center to our facility in the future, and I'm sure we will contact Barden to help us with this phase of building as the Lord leads.
I would recommend the Barden Company and Ted Peters to any church that is involved in a building program. God might use them to fulfill your dreams as he has done for us.
